Refund Policy

Example:

If the activity starts at 7:00PM: A cancellation made before 5:00PM will receive an 80% refund, A cancellation before 6:00PM will receive a 50% refund, and any cancellation after 7:00PM or no-show will result in no refund.

1. If the activity is cancelled by the HOST or by the platform due to system or compliance reasons, the User shall receive a full refund (100% Credit).
2. All refunds shall be made in the form of platform credits, which are non-withdrawable, non-transferable, and do not expire.
3. Users must submit a refund request before the scheduled start time of the activity; requests submitted after the start time shall not be eligible for a refund and the booking will be considered completed as scheduled.
4. OKAYPAL reserves the right to make the final decision in all refund disputes.
5. The platform’s arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Currency & Execution Clause

All refunds and transactions shall be calculated and credited in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

Refunds are issued as platform credits at their equivalent RM value.
