Credits Policies

1. Credits

We use virtue credits throughout our OKAYPAL Platform. Users subscribing to our services requires payment using virtue credits in Coins form (hereinafter to be referred to as “Coins” or to be referred to as “Credits” in general).

2. Purchases

Users may purchase Coins through the OKAYPAL platform, and these Coins are exclusively for use within the OKAYPAL platform only.
 
All charges and payments for Coins will be made in Ringgit Malaysia only. When buying Coins, the price displayed will include any taxes or applicable charges. Additional transaction fees may be imposed by your payment provider.
 
All purchases of Coins are final. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge that the Credits are made available to you immediately and, as such, you waive any right to cancel or withdraw the transaction.
 
Coins can be purchased using the payment methods available on our platform. Your Coins will be added to your account once your payment has been successfully processed.
 
Coins do not expire but may be forfeited if an account is suspended or a violation occurs. In the event the Users voluntarily opt to close their account, any and all remaining Coins will be forfeited.
 
We reserves the right to amend Credits related policies as needed to align with ongoing rewards or promotional activities. You agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use Credits.

3. Coins

Coins are digital items that can be used on OKAYPAL to access or activate services offered by us. Users may use Coins to purchase services from HOSTs. The number of Coins needed to access or activate services will be displayed varies on HOSTs and the activities you set to join. The number of Coins required will be displayed before you purchase the service.
 
Coins can also be used on OKAYPAL to access to the purchase of virtual gifts. Gifting other virtual gift or services is a way to express your personality and appreciation for the content with a unique or specialized reaction and allows you to interact with the content you enjoy.
 
When you gift, other users can see your username and the details of the Gift. By gifting, you are not transferring money, Coins, or anything of value to the HOSTs on the Platform. The number of Coins required to activate a Gift will depend on the type of Gift and will be displayed before you use the Coins.
 
The number of Coins required for the purchase of any virtual gifts will be displayed before you use the Coins.
 
Because Gifts are accessed with immediate effect and consumed immediately upon activation, they cannot be exchanged for cash or used as currency and they are not returnable or refundable in any circumstances.
 
The total number of Coins in your account will be updated each time you purchase Coins or use them. You may view and track how much you spend on Coins, and how you use them in Coin History in your account.
 
Please take note that all Coins purchased are not eligible for cash out or withdrawal and in no event to be converted back into cash. Your Coins are tied to your account and you may only use them for eligible services and purchases on OKAYPAL in accordance with our terms of services.

4. Refunds

Generally, refunds on utilized Coins for services or purchases on the Platform will not be granted. We may, at our discretion, give refunds to users for various reasons. If you are applying for a discretionary refund, please provide a detailed explanation of why you believe you are entitled to a refund. You may submit a refund request to OKAYPAL at everyonespal@okaypal.com within 24 hours after the event and OKAYPAL will assess and determine the request within 5 working days.
 
If you are eligible for a refund, the refund will be credited back as Coins to your account. The timeline for processing the refund and may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.
 
If you are not eligible for a refund, a notification will be provided via email.

5. Your Rights

We may terminate or suspend your right to access to your account including but not limited to your Coins and Diamonds immediately and without notice if we believe that you have breached our terms and conditions, the general community guidelines.
 
If your account on the Platform is deactivated or terminated before you use your Credits you will not be entitled to a refund or any additional access to, or value from, such Credits, be it Coins or Diamonds.
