Enabling us to provide services to you (including creating your publicly viewable profile, allowing members to search for suitable members and providing mechanisms for communication between members);

Enabling us to keep you and all members safe and secure while using our Service;

Enabling us to forward to you other information or material which we believe may be of interest to you;

Enabling a payment processor to process payments that you make to us;

Our internal research and statistical purposes (including market segmentation, customer value analysis and improvision of Services);

Enabling us to comply with applicable law, to establish, to exercise and/ or to defend legal claims & rights;

OKAYPAL may share client’s personal data to other members when you voluntarily disclose information on the Service for others to view. We also share data with vendors and partners who help us to operate, promote and improve our Service. We may also publish ads about third-party advertiser’s products and services on our Service and publish ads promoting our own service on third-party sites and apps by sharing certain information about you and/ or allowing collection of such data of you to improve these ads. We may also disclose your date in order to comply with legal process such as a court order, a subpoena or search warrant upon government and/ or law enforcement investigation. This is to assist in the prevention of crime, to protect the safety of any person and to establish or to exercise or to defend any legal claims.

Personal data provided to OKAYPAL via our website or via any application, online credit card transactions are protected when personal data is stored by OKAYPAL. Data stored in cloud services is in encrypted form including when we utilize third-party storage, the level of security of personal data which kept in a non-electronic environment are also treated with strict procedures and means.

The cookies used by the website are solely associated to anonymous users and their computers and do no provide personal data on users. Some cookies are used by third parties to provide OKAYPAL with data on the effectiveness of its engagements and promotions. The cookies used by the website not in any way collect personal data that could be used to identify a specific user. In addition, cookies are of a temporary nature, used solely to improve the efficiency of the last transmission. If clients do not provide us with personal data, OKAYPAL are unable to process personal data on clients’ behalf for the purpose stated in clause 4 herein, or effectively render our services to clients, and all relationships created or to be created between us shall then be terminated and ceased to be in effect immediately.

You have the rights to request for correction and/ or update of your personal data that is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated.

Should there be a need to retract your consent on processing personal data, you shall write a notice to OKAYPAL to cease the processing of the personal data.
